Steps to Buying a home

The below documents are needed to apply for a home purchase loan. There will be other minor needs before underwriting and that will be requested once you provide these and they are reviewed.

1. W-2's for last two years

2. Full Tax Returns for the last two years (personal and business if applicable)

3. YTD Profit and Loss Statement (if self employed)

4. Pay stubs for the most recent 30-day period

5. Most recent 2 months (or quarterly) checking, saving, or investments & 

    retirement   account statements. MUST SEND ALL PAGES OF EVERY STATEMENT

6. Current Property (or properties) info needed:

     If selling home:

• Copy of Sales contract showing you are selling
• Copy of prelim closing disclosure from the title company handling the sales transaction

     If keeping home(s):

• Mortgage Statement (for all)
• Homeowners Insurance Statement (for all)
• Latest Property Tax Bill (for all)
• Copy of HOA statements (if applicable)

7. Copy of driver's license and social security card for all borrowers

8. Local Contact info to verify employment
